Learn a new sport! Join a local team or take your basketball, football or soccer ball to a local park and grab a pickup game! Don't be afraid to join in! Playing games is a great way to socialize and get some natural exercise.
If you don't have a dog, get one! When you have a good dog, you will never be lonely, and you can't be lazy! A good dog is a great friend who will keep you active and give you lots of good opportunities for exercise. A daily walk or bike ride with your dog keeps you going and helps you stay fit.
An active daily lifestyle can get fun and add excitement into your life and improve your health! You don't have to spend money at a gym or club to stay in great shape and meet lots of interesting people! Walking, playing games, gardening and taking care of your home are all interesting and enjoyable activities that you can pursue to improve your life and your health.
