Remember that it is not healthy to eat too much, this can harm your health in the long run. The next time you fill your plate or order some food, reconsider everything you're eating. Is that portion really how much you want to fill your stomach with? Also, are you comfortable with eating all of that food? Think it through and practice healthier eating habits and you should see a great change in your weight.

Eating too quick can hurt you and it is unhealthy. You want to make sure that your metabolism is functioning properly, so make sure you take your time and chew your food. You don't want to stuff your face with a burrito and finish it in three gulps. When you eat too quick and don't chew your food, you can actually fool your body into being more hungry and wanting more food.

Make sure that when you do eat you take smaller bites of everything that you eat. You also build control when you do something like this. It is great to take smaller bites because you get to enjoy your food too.

You don't want to stuff your face every second you get a chance to. If you are eating and there is a lot of food in front of you, then make sure that you limit yourself to how much you eat. If this means setting your fork on the table at times then do so. You don't want to be tempted to keep on stuffing your face more and more with food, and the best way to avoid this is by putting your fork down from time to time.

Talk as much as you can and be as active as you can while you eat. Don't talk while you have food in your mouth and you're chewing, but try and avoid just eating during meals. This is a great way to manage how much you eat without even thinking about it.
