Try to incorporate exercise into your daily schedule whenever possible. Take the stairs, rather than the elevator. Park your car in the parking spot furthest from the store or your work. Take a quick 10 minute walk during lunch. Brief periods of exercise like this can really add up.
Consider enlisting the help of an exercise buddy, someone you exercise with regularly. If you are tempted to skip the gym or a workout, they may be able to persuade you to follow through with your plans, and you may likewise be able to do the same for them down the road.
