You must have a good exercise routine in place. Every person is different. Think about things you like to do that involve exercise. Plan yourself an exercise routine, and as you're staying consistent, be open to changes and new strategies.

Make sure you are drinking enough water. Whatever you are currently drinking, drink more. A person should have at least 8 glasses of water each day. Just carry a refillable water bottle with you daily and work towards keeping that standard.
